Hi there!

I’m Cara, a Scottish photographer with a passion for nature and film photography, often found exploring with my slightly crazy mini wire-haired dachshund, Magnus by my side.

Photography was something I found at exactly the right time in my life. After studying textile design at university and working as a creative practitioner supporting others through art, I fell in love with how photography allowed me to combine my passions in being creative and connecting with others.

My approach to shoots is relaxed and easy-going and my main aim is to make you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera so we can capture real and natural moments together.

My favourite way to capture these moments is through the medium of film photography and I shoot using analogue and polaroid cameras, as well as editing my digital photos to have a film feel - helping me to portray and capture moments exactly as they were.
